About Moltiply BPO&Tech Division
Moltiply BPO&Tech division provides outsourcing and IT services primarily to the benefit of financial institutions operating in the Italian market, with deep expertise in some reference verticals.
Moltiply BPO&Tech division is divided into six distinct business lines based on the type of services provided and the underlying financial product:
- Mortgage BPO : offers remote loan sales and packaging, as well as mortgage underwriting and closing services; it also offers notary support services.
- Real Estate Services BPO : provides real estate appraisal and technical real estate services to financial sector operators as well as NPL management.
- Loans BPO : provides application processing and portfolio management services for salary/pension guaranteed loans, and for business loans to companies, also assisted by a guarantee from the state.
- Insurance BPO: offers management and claim settlement outsourcing services.
- Investment Services BPO : provides entire operational service solutions and technology platforms to investment and asset management firms.
- Leasing and Rental BPO/IT: offers BPO services as well as IT core solutions to leasing and long-term rental companies.
