What makes you a good fit for this role:
- Graduation in any stream
- Certification in Business Analysis / Product Owner will be preferred
- Professional Experience: – 3 to 6 Years
Skills we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a software development environment for minimum 3 years.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile SDLC frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong skills in project planning, task prioritization, and timeline estimation.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and consultative skills.
- Detail oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in business process definition/mapping and information technology design and iteration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
- A good grasp of SQL queries would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and test case development/support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including use cases, user stories, and business process workflows.
- Act as the liaison between the customer, development team, and third parties throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to project planning, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
- Manage and track change requests, ensuring alignment with overall project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Drive the deployment of solutions with efficiency and minimal disruption.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support communication efforts related to requirements definition/gathering activities and processes.
