Working Days: 5 Days a week

What makes you a good fit for this role:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Certification in Business Analysis / Product Owner will be preferred
  • Professional Experience: – 3 to 6 Years

Skills we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a software development environment for minimum 3 years.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile SDLC frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong skills in project planning, task prioritization, and timeline estimation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and consultative skills.
  • Detail oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in business process definition/mapping and information technology design and iteration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
  • A good grasp of SQL queries would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Requirements elicitation, documentation, and test case development/support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including use cases, user stories, and business process workflows.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer, development team, and third parties throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to project planning, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
  • Manage and track change requests, ensuring alignment with overall project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive the deployment of solutions with efficiency and minimal disruption.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support communication efforts related to requirements definition/gathering activities and processes.
