CSR Policy Objectives

The Company’s Policy governing Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) is in line with the regulation specified in Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. The policy governs the programs of Inspop.com (India Branch office) referred in the policy as “Techlens Global” and covers details of CSR activities to be undertaken and how to implement, monitor and report on these activities.
