What makes you a good fit for this role:
- Graduation in any stream
- 2+ years of experience as Technical Lead role
- Overall experience between 10 to 15 years
- Strong experience in Microsoft Technical Stack
- Able to solve complex technical problems
Skills we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts
- Experience working in Microsoft technologies – C#, .Net Core, .Net standard, Asp.net, MVC, Web API’s
- Experience in client-side technologies – React with Typescript
- Experience in Azure Devops, Docker/Container, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Entity Framework Core
- Experience working with Restful design pattern and microservice based architecture
- Good knowledge of unit tests, Integration tests
- Experience using code versioning tool GIT
- Strong knowledge of Relational SQL databases, SQL Queries and transactions (preferred DBMS: Sql Server)
- Experience working in Scrum.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be able to develop Enterprise level solution
- Must be able to carry out POC’s wherever needed and should be able to provide technology suggestions with clear list of Pros and Cons.
- Experience in handling architectural needs of a system like conceptual architecture diagrams, design proposals.
- Create and refine best practices, coding standards, and documentation, and share knowledge across the team.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring engineers understand our strategy and vision.
- Specify technical solutions in clear and concise manner.
- Provide best fit technological solutions & ensuring high code quality for team
- Collaborate on software development projects with business teams and other IT teams globally.
